Motion Detection
Enable – Turn on or off the Motion Detection
Sensitivity – This can be set from 1 to 8 with 1 being the lowest and 8 being the most sensitive to motion. We would recommend starting at 4 and work up or down.
Post Recording – This can be set from 0 Seconds to 30 seconds and once the alert is triggered it will post record for the time after the movement has ceased.
Send Email – This can be either turned on or off and will send you an email alert once it detects motion. Please ensure you have entered and tested the Email Settings in the section Network > Email.
Send to Cloud – If this is activated this will send recording to the cloud which is your Dropbox Account. To activate Cloud Storage can be found under Device > Cloud Storage and ensure you have your email settings entered under Network > Email to match your Dropbox login information.
Deterrent – This can either be turned on or off and please visit Alarm > Deterrent settings where you can control the deterrent functions.

PIR Settings
Enable – Turn on or off the PIR Detection
Sensitivity – This can be set from 1 to 8 with 1 being the lowest and 8 being the most sensitive to motion. We would recommend starting at 4 and work up or down. Note the camera has a 7M PIR Distance so if set low you would be very close to the camera to activate it.

Deterrent Settings
Light – This can be set to either off or on
Light Level – The lower the settings the lower the brightness is from the lights.
Duration – This can be set from 5 seconds to 180 seconds for how long the lights stay active.
Colour Image – When deterrent is active the image will automatically go into Colour mode and then go back to Black and White when the detterent is not still active.
Siren – This can be set to either off or on
Siren level – This can be set from a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the loudest setting.
Siren Duration – This can be set from 5 seconds to 180 seconds for how long the siren stays active.
Sensitivity – This can be set from 1 to 8. We would recommend starting at 4 and work up or down
Deterrent Schedule
In the deterrent schedule you can select the hours and days when the deterrent function will be active or disabled.
Selecting Motion/PIR/Deterrent Areas
Using your mouse you can highlight in Red the areas you want to be active for the relevant detection. You can also click Clear to remove all detection areas and All to select all areas of detection. It is also possible to select just certain key areas like below example for Detection.
