Password Reset

In order to provide Temporary Password we require MAC address and current time set on the recorder before we can issue

Temporary Password expire at midnight (time on machine if incorrect) 

Once you have a Temporary Password, You will need to login to the Main Menu / Setup Menu and proceed to System and then Multi User / Users, 
The first line will be the administrators login , click on the notepad and pencil icon under User Edit and then create a new password or disable 
When complete you will be prompted to enter the current password to confirm changes, Use the Temporary Password provided to confirm
